Our next Lung Cancer Living Room

Today, doctors have more ways than ever to treat non-small cell lung cancer. Treatments can include surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. The best treatment depends on how the cancer grows and spreads in the body.

Biomarkers are clues found in cancer cells or blood that help guide treatment choices. As researchers discover new biomarkers, treatments can be better matched for each person, offering better results and more hope.

Learning about cancer and treatment options is important for people living with lung cancer. When people understand their diagnosis and choices, they can work closely with their healthcare team to make decisions that match their needs, goals, and values.
