Shine a Light on Lung Cancer® is the largest coordinated lung cancer awareness program in the world. Hosted by healthcare facilities, community partners, and businesses during Lung Cancer Awareness Month every November, Shine a Light on Lung Cancer educates, connects, and celebrates the lung cancer community while raising global awareness about the disease. Shine a Light is free to all participants.

What to expect
There are many ways Shine a Light events can be held in your community. Events can be in-person, virtual, or hybrid. They can include remarks from healthcare professionals and patients, offer educational giveaways, and more. Your participation not only raises awareness, but also allows you to connect with others impacted by lung cancer.
