Our “Lung Cancer Living Room” virtual events portfolio provide the opportunity to learn, question, connect and find support on a wide variety of lung cancer topics. This three-part event series consists of our monthly Lung Cancer Living Room, monthly Gathering HOPE Community Social Hour, and Special Edition Living Room held occasionally throughout the year.

Our Special Edition Living Room events feature speakers at the forefront of lung cancer information and cover timely, critical issues. Last month we dove deeper into the question that has plagued the lung cancer community: Why can lung cancer happen to young people?

Our discussion with Jorge Nieva, MD and Narjust Duma, MD highlighted the concerns with the increased numbers of young people being diagnosed and more importantly, how YOU can make a difference in the lives of future young people living with lung cancer by participating in our groundbreaking Epidemiology of Young Lung Cancer (EoYLC) study. If you missed the live event, you can still tune in to this Special Edition Living Room.

The EoYLC study is open to anyone in the United States who has been diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer before age 40. Learn more and sign up here.
