This summer we will again unite the lung cancer community in Washington, DC at the 2020 Lung Cancer Voices Summit – Speaking Out as One (previously National Advocacy Summit). This summit is all about you – survivors, caregivers, advocates and providers from all around the country – raising your voices as one to make lung cancer a national priority.

For more than a decade, we have been coming together on Capitol Hill to demand change for our disease. This year will be our largest gathering to date with the goal of having representation from all 50 states. Each of your voices is what makes the difference to our legislators – and we’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

The federal government determines general healthcare priorities and funds the majority of scientific research. Each year, your members of Congress determine funding for lung cancer research. By sharing your story with your elected officials, you’ll help raise awareness for lung cancer and guide legislators’ actions.

It is our distinct pleasure to invite you the 2020 Lung Cancer Voices Summit. On June 15th and 16th, we will raise our voices as one to transform lung cancer survival. Whether you’ve been in attendance in the past, or this will be the first year, your voice and your story matters.  So we hope to see you in Washington, DC!
