During November for Lung Cancer Awareness Month (LCAM), GO2 for Lung Cancer and the LCAM Coalition hosted a special Lung Cancer Living Room to discuss stigma.

The LCAM Coalition raises awareness about lung cancer and the need for more research, screening, and treatment options to improve survival.  

Lung Cancer Living Room host and GO2 Chief Patient Officer, Danielle Hicks, was joined by members of the lung cancer community from India, England, South Africa, and the United States to discuss the world-wide challenges around lung cancer stigma, the role patient advocacy organizations and people living with lung cancer can play to help eradicate stigma, and how we can all work together to humanize lung cancer.
