Celebrity Chef AJ: Using Her Platform to Raise Awareness

Celebrity Chef AJ, a plant-based chef, author, and media personality who promotes healthy living, was diagnosed with stage 3 (III) lung cancer in December 2024. Chef AJ’s story has inspired many people who are facing similar challenges. Her new YouTube series, “Thriving in the Face of Cancer,” is her platform to raise awareness about lung cancer, encourage regular screenings, and promote patient empowerment.
