Each year, more than 1.8 million people receive a lung cancer diagnosis. Though research and treatment options have come a long way, there is still far more work to be done to stop the number one cancer killer. The Lung Cancer Registry was created for anyone who has been diagnosed with lung cancer to allow patients to be a part of the solution.
The registry is a knowledge base for lung cancer researchers working to find medical treatments through data shared by those living with lung cancer—leading to a better understanding of the disease, new treatment options, and ultimately, better outcomes.
It’s easy to join and the registry ensures your privacy. Help fight lung cancer by signing up for the registry today!

I am a 78 year person, Venezuelan citizen, diagnosed with metastatic small cell lung cancer on a treatment with afatinib 30 mg (Giotrif) being on treatment since January 2018. I am asking for help to warrant monthly access to this expensive medicine. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help, and God bless you.
Hi Pedro, please know that you are not alone. We would recommended contacting the pharma company that produces your medication to learn about any financial aid they may be able to provide. Additionally, this may be a helpful resource: https://www.sociedadanticancerosa.org/. Sending positive vibes your way.
