GO2 for Lung Cancer’s Voices Summit is the largest annual meeting, bringing together individuals with lung cancer, caregivers, medical professionals, and supporters for education, training, connection, and direct advocacy with the federal government, the largest funder of cancer research.

Our advocacy priorities
We’re championing the needs of the lung cancer community across multiple critical issues, including:
- Making lung cancer research a top funding priority with increases in the annual appropriations for the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs (CDMRP)
- Supporting cancer research at the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), and the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H)
- Making women and lung cancer legislation a top policy priority to pass this year
- Supporting early detection tools and cancer screening coverage legislation that will improve lung cancer survivorship
