When you contact us or we contact you and you respond, we collect any information that you provide, including the contents of the messages or attachments you send us.

If you donate to GO2, GO2 uses a third-party payment service provider to collect and process payment information to process your transaction.

We may also receive Personal Information from other sources, including third-party organizations we collaborate with to provide support services and information. We may also receive Personal Information from other sources when we conduct fundraising campaigns, promotions, or events. In these instances, we may receive access to donor reports that include donor name, contact information, and donation amount. We also may receive your Personal Information if you respond to a cause-related marketing campaign or other promotion benefitting GO2 that is conducted by a corporate partner.

B. Information We Collect When You Use the Website

Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies. We collect information using “cookies”, tracking pixels, data analytics tools like Google Analytics, and other third-party technologies to understand how you navigate through the GO2 website, to improve your site experience, and to save your preferences.  You should consult your web browser(s) to modify your cookie settings. GO2 also collects some anonymous information each time you visit the GO2 website so we can improve the overall quality of your online experience. Sharing With Third Parties for Business Purposes.

We may share aggregated general information about our site with our partners or others. Examples of this include the daily number of unique visitors, or how many users clicked on a particular link. GO2 shall also share personal information (including name, contact information, and donation history) in the context of cooperatives managed by third-party vendors Path2Strategies and MissionWired, as well as potential other cooperatives. The personal information provided is used by the third-party vendors to create a score or profile which may then be used to send solicitations on behalf of other organizations. These organizations will not have direct or continued access to your personal information unless you choose to provide it to them directly by responding to an appeal. We do not share health-related data in connection with these efforts. You, as a donor may, at any time, request that GO2 exclude your name from being shared with other nonprofit organizations. For Legal Reasons.

We may share your personal information in response to a legal obligation, or if we have determined that sharing your personal information is reasonably necessary or appropriate to:

Account Policy

GO2 reserves the right to de-activate or remove any user accounts without a notice if user has provided wrong information, has violated common Internet policies or if the account has been inactive for more than 60 days.
